Spiral Confusion and Rexford

Here are two of the many villains that Gamma Girl and Heroic Helen face.

Spiral Confusion is one questionable woman. It's hard to talk to her since she only speaks in questions, all the time. 
She loves to confuse penguins and she wants to one day rule the island.

Rexford alwasy wanted to be a magician. However he uses his 'magic skills' to lure people into his traps.
He scams penguins into giving him their money.

When these two villains team up, there's no stopping these two! (except Gamma Girl and Heroic Helen~)
